Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate information, protect access to your email and devices, and promptly notify us about suspected unauthorized use.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Plain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service according to your audience choices. You represent that you have the rights needed to post it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass people, impersonate others, exploit minors, post illegal or infringing material, evade safety controls, scrape the service, distribute malware, or interfere with Plain’s operation. We may restrict or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts to protect users and the service.
Events and collaborations
Event listings and collaboration proposals help people connect, but Plain is not the organizer, employer, agent, escrow provider, or payment processor unless explicitly stated. Verify identities, terms, safety, accessibility, and payment arrangements independently. Budgets shown in proposals are informational and payments occur outside Plain.
Service changes and availability
Features may change, pause, or end. We work to keep Plain available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using Plain and delete your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue.
